On Tuesday, February 11th we will be having our annual Wine Raffle Plus event! In addition to changing the date from November to February, we have a new location, and we are also enhancing the raffle aspect. Non-members are welcome and encouraged to attend!
NEW LOCATION: Burgers2Beer – Solon
We will be having our event in the newly renovated area in Burgers2Beer in Solon.
Raffle/meeting Time: 7 pm (Feel free to come earlier – Tuesdays are All day-All night HAPPY HOUR) Let them know you are with the Solon Civic Club group, then you can sit in the area we have reserved. Drinks and food will be available to purchase before and during the event.
Cork Entry: $20 each.
Every entry wins a bottle of wine. You do not need to be present to win! We will get the bottle of wine to participants.
The raffle is in which bottle of wine you win. Our wine selection will be varied in price and type.
Here is the PLUS – we have had some very generous donations from local businesses, so some of the less expensive bottles may have an added prize around its neck. Here are just some of the prizes we will have so far:
- $50 gift card to Spa Lavender
- $15 gift card to Yummus (6)
- $25 gift card and add-ons from Blume Nail Salon (2)
- One-month free membership to Club Pilates Solon
- $25 gift card to Burgers2Beer (2)

Entries are available now by using: (Tell all your family and friends)
- Venmo (@SOLONCIVICCLUB2) – indicate Wine Raffle in the note
- Check written to Solon Civic Club (Indicate Wine Raffle in the memo)
- Cash (can be purchased at the January meeting, or contact a member of the Fundraising Committee)
There is no physical ticket. Numbered corks will be drawn at the event. Those not present will have their cork drawn for them.

Donations Needed: We are looking for additional donations of wine. Please bring donations to the January meeting or let any member of the Fundraising Committee know if you have any bottles to donate and we can arrange a pickup.
